THE HIP HOP CIRCUIT CREDITS
Jamal Cooks is the project director of the Hip Hop Circuit Project. He is an Assistant Professor in the Secondary Education Department at San Francisco State University. Dr. Cooks also serves as the Executive Director of the Urban Literacy Institute.
